March On

Hey GRL,

Golden State’s point guard, Steph Curry brings a whole new meaning to indoor sports, after he destroyed his hotel room.

The Houston Rockets continue to prove they are the best team in the NBA, as they defeated the LA Clippers, 105-92, and run away with their 14th consecutive win. Talk about a hot streak!  The Clippers trailed the Rockets by 25 points in the first quarter, and never recovered from the deficit.

The real story here was when Rockets point guard, James Harden delivered some serious savagery with this cross over on LA Clippers forward Wesley Jones. NOT ONLY did Harden make Jones fall on his butt, but Harden stares him down, and sinks a 3-pointer. Fans were quick to roast Jones by updating his Wiki Page about his death. R.I.P.

CBB | No. 9 UNC Tar Heels vs. No. 5 Duke Blue Devils (3/3 – 8:15 PM)
It’s the Battle of the Blues as the Tarheels take on the Blue Devils (hint: their school colors) this weekend. This is one of college basketball’s greatest rivalries. They last met in February, where Duke lost by 4 points, but the Tar Heels are coming off a loss against the unranked Miami Hurricanes. Who will reign supreme in the ACC?

CBB | Big 10 Tournament: Seriously how is it MARCH?! With March comes March Madness. This weekend the Big 10 Tournament will play out. Michigan State is favored to win the whole thing, but it’s anyone’s game. Whoever wins the Championship game this weekend, has an automatic in to the NCAA Basketball Tournament (March Madness). Here’s the GRL’s NCAA bball refresher.
